In the circumstance that your bottle / product is defective, we ask that you contact us and bring the defective product in or have it shipped to us upon discovery of defectiveness. We are happy to replace or refund for the returned product. If the product is more than half used, a cash refund is not applicable. Replacement product may be applicable but vary with circumstance.
